We accept international returns of unused or unworn products within 30 days of shipment of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mzlbamboo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Sample sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
At this time, MZLBAMBOO's return policy is only available for orders placed online at bamboolucky.com. For orders placed through a third party (TIKTOK, Amazon, etc), we recommend that you refer to the platform's return policy for assistance.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Returns of worn or damaged products may be sent back to the customer.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded based on your selection:
· You may receive the full refund amount as a Digital Gift Card, and MZLBAMBOO will cover the return shipping. Once issued, refunds to a Digital Gift Card are final and cannot be reversed or refunded to the original form of payment. A MZLBAMBOO Digital Gift Card will never expire.
· You may receive the amount refunded to your original payment method, less a $30 return shipping, tax, and administrative fee.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
